Monthly Wash Card - Terms of Use

Membership entitles you to 1 Works carwash per day for the vehicle registered for the membership subscription.

Use of the monthly carwash card constitutes acceptance of these terms:

One wash per day limit. Hours of operation are Monday to Friday 8am - 7pm, Saturday 8am - 6pm, Sunday 9am - 6 pm

Card or barcode on phone must be presented at the wash for each use.

Some vehicle types/sizes cannot be washed. For details, please speak with the attendant at our location.

Card is non-refundable, and is not redeemable for cash.

Each membership is limited to one car and is not transferable between vehicles. If you want to switch membership to a different vehicle, you can do so by contacting our manager on site.

The member acknowledges that the vehicle registered on the membership is for personal use only. Commercial vehicles are not permitted to be registered for membership. (For example, but not limited to: Taxis. Limos, Uber or Lyft drivers, construction vehicles, etc)

The member is not locked into a contract. Your credit or debit card will automatically be charged on your anniversary date each month until such time as the member cancels the membership.

Canceling does not entitle you to full or partial refunds or credits but your pass will be valid for the remainder of the current paid month.

If the wash is closed due to extreme weather, maintenance issues, statutory holidays, Sundays of long weekends or other unforeseen circumstances, Wash club members are not eligible for refunds or credits.

The terms and conditions of this agreement, including monthly rate are subject to change without notice.

The Exterior Carwash Company reserves the right to cancel any membership subscription without notice for any reason and at any time.
